January was a month of rest and healing after a very sick December with a bad cold, throat infection and then oral thrush! We were outside going for many walks in Vancouver like Stanley Park, Van Dusen Garden, Barnet Marine Park, Como Lake, Granville Island and Jericho Beach. Fresh air and sunshine is good for the soul. I shared some of my photos below hope like them I included some pics of Metis Night where Sandy Scofield played some of her beautiful songs. She asked me to share one of mine and teased it was an audition :) a fun night.
